If I remember correctly, it was towards the end of December when it happened to me. It was the temple of nod mission (m11) and only 2 (me and someone else I forgot) people out of like 3-4 in the server doing the mission. It didn't occur to me that the 2 of us went through the whole mission without a single death until that other guy told me at the start of the next mission

I consider it an achievement, considering the mad re-spawn rate and the hack-like aim the bots have!

Anyone else went through any mission without a single death?

A few of the top [MC] Members, as well as several other server regulars might be able to claim similar achievements, but to go without through an entire mission without dying once, not even in the first half hour of the mission starting? That is something I don't think I've been able to do yet too often -- not unless there a lot of regulars + fellow [MC] Clan members online working together.

Nice work though on getting through that map, it is indeed a hellspawn to work through objectives--especially if it's just the two of you whilst others on the map are keeping busy against the respawning bots.

heck i usually have 1 or 2 deaths already on joining (bot keeps killin me sometimes to even teams rofl).
But m1 & m3 are easily done without dying... that is if i dont join with deaths already -.-
