I recommend downloading this.

I'll be trialling it in the intracommwars and we may have to play it in upcoming commwars.

Its quite balanced, arguably more in gdis favour now that they can hit any building from the hill. You'll no longer need to do the reticle trick either.

Mesa2? now Hourglass 2?.. people dont really like to play regular Hourglass.. but il get it np

I think this evens it out for gdi now. There can be massive hill whoring on both sides now :).

Ive downloaded it myself and ive just installed it on the community server. Tested it out and it now seems to work fine (props to Trojan for the help to :) )


So yeh its added to the roation and the added balance means it is not such a nod favoured hill anymore :D

look forward to trying it out in the intra matches

yeah. it's only been tested in a proper game once, far as i know, but i'm already very impressed with it. it seems very fair between gdi and nod now. mrls's are now a force to reckon with on the hill, and arties are a bit more vulnerable (not quite so easy for them to retreat a little and fix then go back up...)

i never liked hourglass but with the hill bug fixed it's actually quite nice

I never found hourglass imbalanced, actually, I found it to favour GDI a bit. Once GDI has the hill with mammies, and each a hottie or two... well let's just say that in 8 years I've never seen Nod break through that.

my record for points in a 40 min game is over 15000 from sittin with a mammy hill. i totally prefer gdi. As long as you have 2 people on your team that know how to play you are set
