To the new Renegade Community Tournament!
The RGCT2 exists to bring numerous Renegade communities together in a competitive and fun filled environment. Matches will be fiercely contested and battle lines shall be drawn; however, at the end of the day we come together to play some great matches of Renegade.
In 2009 the original RGCT was a success in terms of what it set out to achieve, and RGCT2 aims to build on this past success. While no system is perfect, the tournament administration and development team has worked tirelessly and extensively to correct significant issues from the last tournament to bring about an even better competition this time around. We also believe that the representation of many large Renegade communities, such as Exodus, Jelly, N00bstories, Atomix, Allied-Gaming, and TK2 in the tournament administration team will better fit the image of a 'Global' renegade Tournament.
The RGCT2 will promote a competitive environment; however, we hope individual communties will act in a respectful and friendly manner. They should play for the love of the game. However, the administration team recognizes that victory should be rewarded! Prizes will be rewarded to the top three teams and an individual player or community in particular that shows exemplary sportsmanship. We can assure you prizes will be awarded; however, the identity of the prizes will be held a secret until the tournament has begun.
The new leadership team consists of FlaminGunz, Gozy, Producepr, Hypnos, Volcom, and I, along with several other dedicated team members.
