Roster submissions will be required from each community; however, they will work slightly different from the previous tournament.

Submission Rules:

Spoiler

Each Community submits ONE roster prior to commenecemnt of the tournament.
Rosters are not capped, you can have as many sign-ups as you wish.
Players can be added to your roster during the tournament.
Once a player PLAYS for a community, he/she cannot play/sign up for another community.
As part of their roster each team must submit the names of a captain and a vice-captain. These people are to be the representatives of their community and will be given full mod status in the game servers and irc channels.

Player/Team Rules:

A player must be listed on a roster to be eligible to play for that community. LEtting a player play for you, who is not on your roster is a breach of this rule. Points penalities will apply
An individual is permitted to use only ONE name throughout the tournament. If a player is caught using multiple nicks, he/she could possibley be banned and the team that allowed he/she to play could face severe point penalities (incidents will be analysed by admins).
Teams are responsible for knowing who is playing for them and when. Details will be checked by admins to ensure no one is breaching the rules.
Server Bots will have nick/ip/serial search functions, making it quite simple to catch people ignoring these rules.

Somehow during my proof read of these sections, I missed that I haven't put the rule on players.

Matches will be 7v7 MINIMUM. Therefore, rosters submitted will need to be of at least 7 players, I'd recommend at least 10..

I'd like to stress that you can add players to your roster(at any time during the tournament), but they can't have played for any other team.

I'll be putting a roster submission thread up in the next seven days.

Submissions will remain open for the next 2-3 days, however i do think this will be the final list of communities. Of course individual rosters can be changed throughout the tournament (providing a player plays for 1 community only!)

We do have 9 registered teams, which isnt thhe greatest number, but we will definitely make it work One group will have an advantage, however it is being discussed how to mitigate the effect of this situation

But essentially, there is little problems and im glad all you guys have signed up to play. We will announce the groups in the next 2-3 days and will make a new post for that, as well as updating the brack structure in the Results section.

Also i will never stress enough, all your players on those lists MUST use that name ingame. I have said it numerous times and therefore no accidents/i didnt know crap will be tolerated.

And NP T0RN, rosters can be edited on the fly no worries. Just everyone must have the same name on this roster and ingame (and then use only that one throughout the tourney)
