Scheduling matches will generally be up to the Reps of each community. The admin team will provide opening and closing dates for each stage and other suggested schedules. It will be up to the matched teams to decide when they will play.

In terms of how Reps want handle the match ups, they are welcome to use official irc channels, these forums, or any other communication method.

Matches:
Three maps to be played each match.
The winner is the team to get the most map wins. Two wins out of three maps or better.
Matches require a minimum of 7 players. Games up to 20v20 may be played. The ideal would be between 10-15 players a side. Team sizes will change from game to game and it is up to the captains to agree on a team size before a match is played. A team showing with less than 7 players is liable to incur the Forfeit Rule penalty
Maps can be chosen prior to the game by the team Reps (they will be able to !setnextmap/!gameover). They can also play whatever maps come up at random.
Server rotations will include all standard maps (with the exceptions of Mesa2 and Hourglass2 replacing the originals).

Forfeit Rule:
A team that does not show up at a scheduled time is deemed to have forfeited that match. A replay may be scheduled if both teams agree; however, it is not required. If a match is scheduled and one team learns they will not make it, it is up to the opposing team to decide whether a time change will occur or a forfeit ensues.
Six points will be allocated (3/3 map wins) to the team that shows up to a match, when their opposition has forfeited.
The standard procedure for a forfeit occuring is for tournament admins to look into each case to ensure the penalty is justified.

Hourglass2 and Mesa2 will be replacing the stock maps on each server. Players that do not download these files will drop from the server.

They are extremly easy to install, just download the file and copy the contained files into your Renegade/Data folder (MAKE SURE ITS /DATA).

The RGCT2 Server 1 is currently the Exodus Community Server. It is the same server, just with a different name and irc channel. The name will swap around for the next few weeks and perma change to RGCT 1 when the tourney starts. This on is on all the time, and anyone is free to use it. Please just ask first :)

RGCT2 server 2 is ready to go. Im keeping it off for now as it just isnt required until the tourney begins. Again, if anyone would like to use it for practice or whatever, just ask and i will quite happily start it up for you.

Again i need caps/vices to register on the irc network to receive @/fullmod. % will be kept as a VIP status

RGCT2 Server3 is now used as a clanwars.cc server but we kept all config files to rapidly change it back when needed for the finals. So please let me know a few days in advance if you need it :).
