This post will succintly outline the leaders for each involved community.
You guys have the responsibilty to orgainse games between yourselves, if you guys slack, games will not get played by the relavent deadline and you will not be able to gain points

This forum board can be used and should be used as a central meeting place to organise match schedules, as this way we will be able to all work together to form a schedult that suits. Idividual community forums can also be used if you must.

Some caps/vices have registered on the network and received their appropriate moderator status. Those who have not registered on the irc network will not receive their moderator ststus, so id advise you to do that.

Communities are welcome to submit names for VIP status (half-op/%). These guys will also be a representative of their team and help moderate the servers. We wlcome any requests for VIP status and grant them based on trust. We will usually grant requests, we are a nice bunch

None of those 3 names given are registered on the network, this angers me..., i will continue to add status for the time being, when peple register, but i must say im losing patience, its a fairly rudimentary thing

Captains, please it is your responsibilty to ensure players play only with ONE name, throughout the tournament.

Also, for the love of god make sure you know the rules

And just to remind you guys, !gameover is never to be used. As teams get a bonus point for BD. Severe penalities will be incurred if this command is used.
!snm can be used to set the next map to be played

The 3 servers have the following modlists

List will be updated if need be, but this shooudl compromise most of the team. VIP's have % in irc, but wont be given a status ingame. All relavent commands can be used by mods, both from IRC and Ingame, please use !help if you are unsure about what commands can be used.
Remember the use of !gameover is prohibited

ALL these names are registered with the BRenBot of each server. Moderators (captains/vices) MUST use the !auth command themselves. No one else is entitiled to !auth you. This is why i ask you to register with IRC, becuase if you are unable to auth yourself, you are unable to play. You will be kicked from the server, and we wouldnt want a team representative breaking the most fundamental rule of playng with 1 nickname, now would we

To insure it cant be used or just by two persons? (Like the RGCT2 lead?)

captains can use this command to !gameover NOW a map if they are skipping it, ONLY if its loaded before they were able to !snm what they wanted

VIP's keep their IRC status

They do not have any mod privledges ingame. As ingame can be taken care of by captains and vices. We do not need a whole bunch of mods with powers ingame

Radio, i specifically said about 300 times that the names on the roster should be the same as ingame. EXACTLY
If anyones failed to notice that rule i question their base level of intelligence to be part of this tournament/ability to continue to breathe.

and as a culling method. Anyone who breaks this rule will be banned from playing in this tournament

In that thread I put ppls full names for easier identification. Due to WOL being a piece of shit however, we only get 9 characters ingame. Though still, Flamin, you've know me for A YEAR and I havent used any other name! C'mon ^^

However, if you are concerned about it being EXACT, just for you, I can take the time to edit the list.

Just some instructions. You guys especially MUST know the rules.

Failing to enforce them or enforcing them blatantly wrong will result in removal of mod powers. The admins arent going to be too harsh on you ofc but we do expect you to have a high level of understanding relating to the rules and be able to conduct yourself in a reasonable manner

Breaking the conduct rules outlined in the General Rules/Practices section should result in a !mute and an explanation. Following an !unmute event, if the rules are again broken the player should be promptly !kick'ed. If they bypass their kick a tournament admin will step in and ban them from the tournament (permanently)

All other gameplay/client rules should be handled appropriately on a case by case basis. Dont abuse your powers, but uif the situtaion warrants it, by ll means use them. We have given you the commands for this reason
