I might jump in any games and teams (without been on TS)
For games videoing.I have to join a team and go spectate .(unless someone can tell me other way to enter in spectate mode)
I will be list as a player of that team but i wont be really in .
only for a brief moment i will appear in game of that team the time to enter in spectate mode.
I wont interfeer in any way .
Are the Captains and adjoints and players are aware of this?
If this causing a problem for any let me know I wont spectate.

That's the first I heard of this,but I think it's a great idea.
I'm sure the other teams wouldn't mind,as long as you are in sp mode and just frapsing.
Would be cool to see some videos of the RGCT action.

If both team captains are ok with it, i don't see why not. Getting some highlights of matches would be ace.

If there are any other people wanting to fraps matches from spectate, they are more than welcome to.

i added a auto announce in all the servers the other day to include a notice that you might be joining random games to take video

Captains should read the forums so they should be aware and the notice should also help.

If the captains at the time do have a problem with you being there, thats ok and you should just leave, but hopefully that shouldnt happen often as we'd all love some awesome footage

i think you know how to use the spectate function in exodus servers (and gozy's number 3) so that should be fine. Im hooking you up with permissions as we speak

no offence but can it be announced a little before the matc that someone is going to spec? because we heard only a few minutes before the game that cudaker was going to spectate and record... also paranoid as i am i would like to see that the spectator changes teams because i dont know what the spectator can do (maybe buy tanks dont know) our whole game was 8 vs 9 so i dont know what to think of this...

i have made several announcements that cudaker and other will be speccing. There is no shortage of comments there

the spectator specates.... they have no reason to buy tanks....

you werent playing an uneven game, i can assure you of that

but we like to know before we start a game that it is going to be spectated... what if people had any objection to it? this time it wasnt but you never know a next time

operate on the princible you will be spectated

we have several diff videoers (main one cudaker) and if they are around, they will jump in. They wont be giving prior notcie as they cant. Its just if they see a game going, theyll jump in.

if anyone does have a problem, you are welcome to tell them to buzz off, they know they are guests and if they must leave, they will.
