The private discussion regarding this matter has continued into its 7th page and we have reached a final conclusion. A lot of evidence was sifted through, by numerous people, which was extremely time consuming.

Capricorn has been found innocent and will be allowed to continue representing the Jelly community in the RGCT2.
I apologise for the previous thread claiming she was banned. Due to miscommunication on the staff’s part, Tiesto made the premature announcement, before the admins had agreed definitively. Again we apologise for this mistake.

The conduct of several Jelly players in the public thread and in PM’s to myself were atrocious. I know many felt strongly about the issue, but in no way were the responses required or helpful. However we decided not to delete them. No further action will be taken in this incident, but if something like this event (cheat accusation) does happen again, responses like the ones im talking about will not be tolerated. Don’t want to say anymore about that

Thank you to most for expressing patience, and thankyou Capricorn for talking extensively to me I am glad we could safely give you this result.

I'd like to thank the people who made this decision,I know it wasn't easy and there was alot to go through.

I'd also like to apologize for the actions of some of the Jelly players.
Some people don't know how to discuss things in a mature manner.

I'm sorry to see n00bless drop out,they were one of the few teams who could actually bring alot of players to a match.

It's either innocent or guilty in this situation, and I have not been found guilty in taking part in any of the actions I have been accused of, therefore, I'm innocent.

Your statement, Goztow, makes it sound like I was in fact guilty of something but not enough evidence was available to support it, making it an assumption rather than a fact. Leaders should not be biased and think one way or the other, they should rule according to the evidence and facts.

the only thing stopping the truth from being seen is the gamelogs not recording the Y value (height of where the player is firing)
the limits of renetechnology have cast a shadow over the truth beneath all of this, and we may never know for sure now

Well after hearing some more info today, I feel kind of like an ass defending her as it's possible she did cheat. Personally I think Jelly should be docked the points for the map. Just my opinion.

there was an incident and there was a respond to it he could have said:

1-yes cheating = jelly not happy leaving
2-no cheating = n00bless not happy ..leaving
3-or dont do nothing about it and continue like nothing happened = nobody happy
4-or like they done ,an investigation and try to see if there was a cheating yes or no

thats what they did and cant be sure of a cheating so no accusation made.

So before saying things like ^^ ...think of it seriously

Our withdrawal was decided almost 48 hours before we said about it.

unfortunately you can't make everyone happy, and it is innocent until proven guilty, seeing as there wasn't enough evidence for a guilty verdict, she's not guilty. To keep calling her a cheater without the proof to back it up is a low blow and i'd expect more from those participating in this tournament.

Ethenal, Raven and myself confirmed according to the coordinates she was shooting at the hand window. I still find it very hard to believe she lag killed 3 people in less than a minute all from the hand window. Because we have no proof nothing will be done. We do not ban without proof and I know for a fact not one community out there does.

This is truly pathetic.
I've made a decision to just quit and leave since this whole situation has become so ridiculous. It will, I hope, make everyone happy since I realized I've become the problem. Even if I am still allowed to play, I will not in any game or server. IDC what the outcome is, I really did not cheat and I honestly don't know how to show that since I didn't record anything. If I had known there would be a big fuss about this ahead of time, and that the servers records did not show what I had seen, I would have.

I do, however, hope I will be the last person this would happen to because I have been accused of cheating, threatened, betrayed, and have been judged without my knowledge. I really felt unwelcomed.

I will put all of that aside and move on.

Well so now its n00bstories and n00bless leaving? This is such a shame, the tourney was doing so well before all this shit happen, 2 Community's that were willing to play NS which didnt have much players but signed up to play, and n00bless which had a bunch willing to play, had just left because this entire situation of her hacking or not. If she did ban her from which it looked like at first, but everything seemed to change.


Seemed like your guys proof was very solid from what you've posted in the last topic Volcom, even though idk why you got in it, but oh well she's innocent now from what i read.

And Allied is now with Team B, 4 Teams, Team A, down to 3? After we just had 9? ;(

Well Os will stay in the tourney and play a stupid cheat accusation wont bother then , good luck too what happens in the future.

The logs of the match have proved Capricorn was not using RGH 2.02.
Further testing of RGH 2.03 will be conducted to help clear up any uncertainty's of her innocence and hopefully support a unanimous decision.
