Majid I am involved because I am an admin on the rgct2 team and that is one of my responsibilities. And To be completely honest grubber there is no way to determine if she was cheating or got extremely lucky. We have been through every scenario and we cannot find a result. Basically she stays unbanned because of the lack of evidence.

If you want to play on words, then yes she's considered innocent because of lack of conclusive proof. The whole point is that it's very hard to get conclusive proof with the last release of cheat name removed.

Nevertheless, yes you got the benefit of doubt so yes you are considered innocent. There, I said it!

I asked you why last night. There is no proof she cheated.

People say you cheat but I don't see anyone saying they won't play you. Come on guys, let's just get to the point of the tournament, playing renegade which we all love to do.

unfortunately you can't make everyone happy, and it is innocent until proven guilty, seeing as there wasn't enough evidence for a guilty verdict, she's not guilty. To keep calling her a cheater without the proof to back it up is a low blow and i'd expect more from those participating in this tournament.

Really stop crying "cheater! cheater!" unless you have proofs about it. The RGCT team has spent so much time (and probably still spending) on this issue to ensure no innocent would have their name associated with cheating, as well as trying to understand if that was actually cheating.
With the new versions of cheats around and no real protection about them, and a stupidly buggy game like renegade is, it's much harder today to prove anything, and even proving innocence.
I'm not sure if that was only lag, but I just know what playing with lag and warp means because that's how I've been playing for years, and what happened is really possible without any cheat, though can't be proven. You can't really prove a lagshot but they happens a lot.
If someone thinks they can be better at proving that she cheated then go on and prove it, otherwise be quiet and keep playing.

I never once said that n00bstories is leaving the tourny. I made it very clear in my post that what I had to say had absolutly nothing to do with n00bstories. It's a shame that that people like flamingunz/majid read something twist the words in there head and think we're quitting. Gozy please come to n00bstories irc asap tho, I tried contacting u on msn about our match and I couldn't reach u for a good few hours..we need to get it sorted soon mate.

As a moderator I know for a fact that those shots are impossible. As Volcom stated 'lag-shooting 3 times?' Dream on please. (jus my opinion)

Right, it was my fault that this is even became public. I've beset with personal problems and It made me make bad calls. It's my fault. But to bring the rest of the team down because of this is completely unfair to say the least.

The problem is with this case it is so subjective, without and tried and tested method of doing this it was always going to be a dodgy call. With regards to the ss's and videos, that is your opinion. I've made lagshots like that before, just because you haven't or you haven't seen it does not mean it's not possible.

So yeah, it's my fault no one else, don't chastise the rest of the team because of my failings, it's not fair on them.

Firsly let me say, we all have problems and sometimes times are bad and we make bad decisions, but that's life mate.

The main point that I'm pissed off about is the outcome here. If you guys would've made the right decision and banned her deducted points from the one game that she 'allegedly cheated on' then n00bless would still be in the tourny (most likely) and then we could move forwards. I was quite shocked at flamingunz saying to me on irc 'take your team elsewhere' I don't know if that was rage talking or what..All I've done is state my opinion and I've got bashed for it.

Edit: Jus to confirm...when I said 'I wont be playing with cheaters' I was referring to Anonymous.

n00bless has already stated that they were going to be leaving the tourny before the decision was made on capricorn. Im not gonna get too involved with all of this as I wasn't even there. But as people have said before you arent going to come to a "right" decision here.

You take action agains't Jelly when there is no conclusive proof that the player cheated and they will be unhappy. You take the other option and the other team is unhappy.

Im pretty sure in the past Azazel you have been one to go on about people being banned without proper proof so to take the stance that you have smells of hypocrisy.

Dude, your a mod at n00bstories they ban players who are just that are good,that's how all the situations are handled and we know who to blame aswell, they have RENGUARD ffs.. anybody in there can be hacking and not get caught.

If she is innocent let her be they cant just ban her for other communities when she never hacked that would be fucked up, until they have hard evidence that she really did cheat, let us just continue the RGCT.

the right decision? you clearly dont know then. The screenshot proves she made a very unlikely shot. Maybe she was cheating, maybe you cheat, maybe i cheat. The screen does not prove she cheated.
In a tourney such as this we werent going to ban on half-decent evidence. If you want to in your server fine, nice mod work. But here there is no way a player would be banned on evidence.

I've took full command of the n00bstories team as our captain and vice are away..made the topic 3hrs ago, as you can see. We're still playing...I'm not going anywhere.

yes in the beginning we had some trouble getting a team together to sign up for the tournament but now it's on its way were getting more people willing to play here so please dont make any conclusions yet.
