After a lengthy discussion, Capricorn is now banned for the rest of the tournament.

After going through alot of server data and suchlike, we was able to determine where she aiming when making the kills which were dubious to say the least.

Those screenshot show where Capricorn was aiming, so conclusive she was using the rgh/spectate cheat.

However I am still deciding the implications for the match this incident was in.

But anyway, I'd like to thank the various people who managed to sort the evidence out and clarify it. I'd like to state that if new evidence comes to light, proving Capricorn's innocence( and this applies to any other potential situations like this) I will look into it, but there is no guarantee of being unbanned.
