Ooh cool a coop experiences/discussion thread!

Like grant, I've played some cnc3/kanes coop maps ^^ loads of fun! (If you ever read this reaper, nod air support ftw!) Many of the maps are excellent in terms of coop but still brings the issue of a max of 7(?) people.

One game that does overcome this limit is Killing Floor. Killing Floor as basically L4D survivor mode (I think? I've never played survivor mode) but you can have 20+ people playing at once. Basically the mutants attack you in waves (whose size is determined by player count), and the players must stick together to stay alive. Player classes make it very efficient to stick in groups, because someone with a flame thrower can clear many of the smaller enemies, while heavy weapons units take out the big stuff. I must sound like I'm advertising it huh? xD Anyway, the game is virtually impossible alone, and I think you get some excellent teamwork moments(even if it does mean me being live bait to the boss xD not on purpose, but it just seems to love me). Not every match turns out well ofc, but if you get a good cooperative group of people things turn out pretty well.

(I'm quite a fan of killing floor tbh, just wish it didn't promote so much camping. I would also like to note that its *supposed* to have a player cap of 6, but since its built on the UT2004 engine (I think) it was fairly easy to turn this off and open the server to 20+ people.)

I noticed battle wasn't back at the front, so I decided to see what he was doing back at spawn. This is what he was doing, which is freaking awesome ^^! I helped a little with the "C" but it was all battles idea and most of his work.
